Can I exchange or return an item?Yes, you can. You have 14 days from receipt of order to return a product(s). Should you wish to return anything, please contact us by email to arrange.

What if my delivery doesn’t arrive?If your delivery doesn't arrive, the first step would be to contact us by email: thecardshop2019@outlook.com we will investigate, track and let you know the next steps. Please note: Royal Mail do not regard an item lost until 15 working days have passed. Delivery companies have different rules and we will advise at the time

​Will you replace popped/damaged balloons?We inflate in advance of your collection time to ensure that the balloons have no manufacturing faults present. Once the balloons have left our care, they become your sole responsibility and we are unable to make refunds or replace popped or damaged balloons. Any replacements will be chargeable. Please ensure you read our balloon care information to familiarise yourself with the best way to transport, store and keep your balloons.

Where do you deliver to?We ship our cards and party supplies to the UK only. Please see our Shipping and Returns costs.

How do I care for my balloons?Our helium inflated balloons last for up to 5 days and our air-filled balloons last up to several months depending on how the balloons are stored. Our balloons are designed for display and not to be used as a toy. The balloons need to be stored at room temperature in order to be in the best condition possible.

Do you offer a local delivery service?We do offer a local balloon delivery service for Lichfield and surrounding areas. Delivery costs will vary depending on where you are located so, please contact us prior to making any booking to check availability and costs.

My order arrived damagedIf your parcel arrives damaged, please retain all packaging. We will require photographs of the damaged parcel. Please contact us within 2 working days of receipt of order to report damages

Where do I collect my balloon design from?​You collect your balloon from our shop; The Card Shop, 15 Eastern Avenue, Lichfield, Staffs, WS13 6TE We have free on-site parking available.

Will my balloons fit in my car?If you are collecting your balloons, please ensure you have enough space to transport them. We advise that you arrive with an empty boot, if possible, the seats down and clear of any child car seats etc. It is your responsibility to check with us if your balloon's will fit in your vehicle. All balloons will be placed into transportation bags and can be easily stacked inside your car, placed on back seats. Be careful not to have any sharp objects in your car that could potentially pop your balloons.
